Madeleine Di Matteo is a solicitor with over 19 years’ experience in a wide range of disciplines including, Family Law, Civil Litigation and Criminal Defence.

Madeleine joined Wells Burcombe in 2012 from Levales Solicitors in Ash Vale, Hampshire, where she was a Higher Rights Criminal Court Duty Solicitor. Prior to that, she had worked for D W Law and Soni & Kaur Solicitors covering civil litigation, family law and wills and probate.

Her varied experience gives Madeleine an excellent understanding of multiple aspects of law which she uses to achieve the best result for her client. She now specialises in dispute resolution including: contract disputes, debt recovery, defamation, inheritance disputes, professional negligence and property disputes.
